At First Chiropractic, our treatments may take the form of chiropractic adjustments (manipulation), heat and soft tissue work, stretches, dietary modifications, specific corrective exercises, injury prevention techniques and even referral to other health care providers if necessary. We give you all the relevant information you need to understand your current health picture and will suggest ways that you can assist the process of healing yourself, thereby reducing the number of treatments required at the practice.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your treatment and recovery, you need only ring the rooms and we will be happy to help you. We encourage open communication as your feedback helps us to improve our treatments continuously.
